West Palm Beach Wedding

We are so excited to be traveling later this month to West Palm Beach Florida to photograph a wedding. This is our first destination wedding out of the Carolinas, so we are extremely excited to be a part of this! Our bride is quite pregnant, so it should make for some really cute photo opportunities... We will be traveling from the 18th-22nd of November...

We cannot be more excited... Congratulations Nick and Nicole! We can't wait to be a part of your very special day!

A Little Tidbit From The Photographer... Time!

The one thing we ask our brides/grooms for... Time! We arrive typically 1-1.5 hours before the ceremony to assure we are there to capture those moments so special before the wedding... Mom helping you get into your dress... Your best man helping you with your tie, etc... We ask for at least 15-20 minutes before the ceremony with time with just the bride and time with just the groom... The beauty is with 2 photograpers, we can be in 2 places at once... it works fantastic!

After the wedding, we ask for at least 30 minutes with the bride and groom... to get those intimate moments that you will cherish after the wedding is over... The bride and groom are usually eager to get back to their guests... so we are very efficient and make sure we make the most of this time... but if we can get this commitment from our brides/grooms... you are SURE to love the outcome!

Other than that, we're capturing real time moments... candids and photojournalistic shots...

It's so important to have a connection with your photographer... because we will be spending the most 1 on 1 time with you and the groom... We're sure you'll love us! We're easy and fun!

I met with Kerry and her mother Barbara today... We signed them up for a June Wedding, 2011... It's going to be at their family's church and reception to follow at Gaston Country Club! Sure to be a hit, with all the avid golfers! They said the location is just beautiful! We have all kinds of shots in mind and cannot wait to be a part of their special day...

Location, Location, Location!!!

If there is one bit of advice that I can give any potential bride is to make sure you don't cut corners on your wedding location! It's so true when it comes to real estate and it's true when it comes to weddings... Location makes all the difference... If you choose a beautiful location, you don't need a lot of decorations to make it look beautiful... it just is... On the flip side.. your wedding photos will also be beautiful...

If you need to cut corners on your location for your wedding, make sure to allot an extra hour or so in your photography package to allow time to go off site to get the desired wedding photos you are looking for...
